Design your hundred years on purpose.
100ers is the intensive tier of Jiyo100Saal. Measurement-driven, medical-team-supported, structured around 100-day loops. It's for people who want to design a long, sharp, capable life on purpose — and who are willing to put real numbers behind it.
What 100ers is.
A measurement-first longevity practice. You arrive with a body and a calendar age. You leave each cycle with a baseline of biomarkers, a clear sense of where you're ahead and behind that calendar age, a 100-day plan with real levers, and the medical infrastructure to support it. Then you re-measure, and we go again. The cadence is the practice.
Who it's for.
- — Ambitious 35–65, mid-career or post-career.
- — People willing to be measured honestly, even when it's unflattering.
- — People who want capability into their eighties, not just looks at fifty.
- — People who are ready to commit a quarter, not a weekend.
Who it isn't for.
- — Anyone looking for a shortcut.
- — Anyone looking to outsource the work.
- — Anyone who wants a wellness vacation more than a practice.
- — Anyone unwilling to be honest with the numbers.
The protocol.
The Jiyo100Saal five-step loop. The whole practice is repetition of this loop, every 100 days.
- Step 1
Assess
Establish a real baseline. Functional age, lipid panel, fasting insulin, body composition, VO₂ max, HRV, sleep architecture. The numbers, not your story about the numbers.
- Step 2
Reveal
Read the baseline back to you. Where the body is ahead of calendar age. Where it is behind. What is most leveraged to move first.
- Step 3
Plan
Design the next 100 days around the highest-leverage levers. One nutritional change, one training change, one sleep change, one stress change. Not ten.
- Step 4
Act
Execute the protocol with environmental scaffolding. Calendar, kitchen, schedule, social structure all designed to make the plan the easy choice.
- Step 5
Measure
At day 100, retest. Same biomarkers, same conditions, honest comparison. The point is not to feel good. The point is to know.
- Step 6
Repeat
Look at the delta. Keep what worked. Drop what did not. Plan the next 100 days. The cadence is the practice.
Anchored in real clinical infrastructure.
100ers is connected to the medical team and outcomes infrastructure at Gini Advanced Care Hospital. That connection matters. Lifestyle medicine takes you a long way; it doesn't take you all the way. When the numbers say it's time for clinical care, you're already inside the system that publishes its outcomes — diabetes control rates of 80–85%, triple control many multiples of the national average, all reviewed monthly. You won't be alone with a wearable.

Cohorts are intentionally small. Drop your details and we'll be in touch when the next intake opens. In the meantime, the free functional age assessment is the right first step.

Honest questions.
Is this medical care?
No. 100ers is a longevity practice anchored in measurement, not a substitute for clinical care. We are integrated with the Gini medical team for cases where clinical care is the right next step — but the practice itself is about prevention and capability.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is structured by 100-day cohort. Apply via the form below and we will share the current cohort details. We deliberately keep cohort sizes small.
Do I need to be in India?
No. The 100ers practice runs across India, the diaspora, and parts of North America. Indian-resident members get access to in-person measurement at Gini in Mohali; remote members work through certified labs and our coaching team.
What kind of person does well in 100ers?
People who genuinely want to know their numbers, are willing to change something measurable in their week, and treat 100 days as a meaningful unit of effort. Not people looking for a fast result.
Can I bring my doctor into the loop?
Yes — we encourage it. With your consent we share your baselines and reassessments with your existing physician. Continuity matters.
What if I miss a 100-day cycle?
You don't fail. You re-baseline. The whole point of the loop is that life happens. The cadence catches you and starts you again.
Is there a free version?
Yes — Jiyo100Saal is free, including the functional-age assessment. 100ers is the intensive tier for people who want medical-grade measurement and a guided cohort.
How long until I see results?
Most members see meaningful change in lipid panels and body composition by day 60, and clearer functional-age movement by day 100. Sleep often shifts within three weeks. We publish anonymised cohort outcomes.
